Designed for U.S. Military personnel operating within special operations, civil affairs, and psychological operations, this course serves as a comprehensive exploration of humanitarian, NGO, and INGO operations on a global scale. Offering both a retrospective and prospective viewpoint, it examines the intricate interplay between humanitarian affairs and military operations. The curriculum delves into the nuances of international aid, providing an in-depth understanding of its operational dynamics and will give attendees tools to use when engaging with country teams and local organizations. Attendees will gain insights into optimizing military programs such as OHDACA, USAID, BHA, and others, fostering enhanced collaboration with global humanitarian affairs and creating a shared operational foundation.
